About Belgrade

Belgrade fortress at duskOnce the capital of Yugoslavia, and today capital of Serbia, the city of Belgrade, located on the Danube and Sava delta, is one of the oldest towns in Europe.

Belgrade is the city of young people. Of the 1.700.000 overall residents, more than 40 percent are between 15 and 40 years of age.

However, the citizens are what make every city special. Looking at a town with those eyes, Belgrade isn’t a city – Belgrade is a lifestyle.

The life in Belgrade is made up of partying, adventure, falling in love, romance, youth, and friendship. Every Belgrader will gladly tell you about the spirit of Belgrade. Belgraders are sincere, open people, always ready for fun.

They like to be on the move and that is why Belgrade’s streets, bars and pedestrian zones are always filled with people.
